30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a resolution.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we'll send you the next steps. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you’re unsatisfied with your order for personal reasons (such as size or style), and your item is unopened and in its original packaging, we're happy to help.
We offer store credit (via digital gift card with eighty percent of the total value of your order) so you can easily reorder another size or product — no need to send anything back. The credit never expires and can be used on any product in our store.
Most customers use the credit to try a new size and gift the original item to a friend or family member.
In limited cases, if you’re unable to use store credit and the item meets all eligibility criteria, our team may review your request and offer a secondary option of a 20% refund to your original payment method.
If the item is fully unused, sealed, and still in its original packaging, and your request is approved by our support team, a return may be authorized to our international processing facility. In such cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We strive to keep this process smooth and transparent, and we’ll guide you step-by-step if this path is necessary.
Delivery and Package Security
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered and becomes the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or go missing after they have been confirmed as delivered. We recommend taking precautions such as requiring a signature upon delivery or having packages delivered to a secure location.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. In addition, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If eligible, you get to keep the original item and we will provide store credit so you can place a new order with the correct size or product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
